Fujitsu today announced that it has entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire all of the shares of Tobe Marketing Inc. (Tobe Marketing), a market leader in Salesforce marketing automation in Japan. Fujitsu plans to complete the acquisition of the shares in December 2023, subject to the successful completion of all necessary procedures. Following the completion of the Fujitsu acquisition, Tobe Marketing will continue to operate as “Tobe Marketing, a Fujitsu Company” while retaining its assets and capabilities as a member of the Fujitsu Group.

The recent acquisition represents an important development in Fujitsu Uvans strategy, which focuses on solving societal issues and contributing to customer growth through cross-industry digital solutions.
